About the role
As an operational safety officer at Odin, you walk through the operation and talk with foremen, technicians and team leaders. You work on location at clients throughout the Netherlands and from home where appropriate. Sometimes you run multiple projects in parallel, sometimes you stay with one regular client for a longer time. - Toolbox talks and instructions - Short safety briefings for operators and technicians, concrete and relevant for tomorrow's work.
- Risk assessments and improvement measures - Supporting risk assessments and follow-up on improvement measures together with the client's QSE coordinator.
- Incidents and reporting - Contributing to incident investigations, root cause analysis and clear reporting for both work floor and management.
- Contributing to SIA - What you encounter in practice flows back into our QHSE platform. You spot what is missing.
What you bring

- Completed MVK or IVK degree (Integral Safety Science)
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- You feel at home in operational environments
- You speak the language of the work floor
- Visible, approachable and willing to ask probing questions
- Driver's license B and willing to travel by car
- Drive to grow towards senior level
A plus:
