Snijder B.V. in Hoorn runs heavy equipment on international projects and is preparing for the Safety Culture Ladder. Odin QHSE started with a gap analysis of the QHSE documentation and then built the full set: fifty job safety analyses with work instructions in Dutch and English, the QHSE manual, the policy statement, procedures and forms. Every document was checked with Odin Vision and is available in SIA. On the safety day our consultants presented the results of the Safety Culture Ladder survey to the crews themselves.
